Sci-Bono is a world-class science centre that supports maths, science and technology education and offers innovative, dynamic learning experiences that contribute to building South Africa’s science, engineering and technology capacity.
South Africa’s largest science centre is open seven days a week to schools and the general public.
Sci-Bono's goals are:
- To improve teaching and learning in mathematics, science and technology in Gauteng schools
- To provide career education to all learners in Gauteng
- To promote and improve public awareness of and engagement with science and technology
